To be eligible for a return:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• You must obtain and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• The product must be in new, unused condition, with the seal intact, and include all original packaging, manuals, and inserts.
• A photo of the item must be provided to verify its condition.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
