When will my credit card be charged?

Can I remove a saved payment method?

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If your payment doesn’t go through, try the following:

What will the charge on my statement look like?

After placing your order, look for a charge under "Poa Beauty" on your credit card or PayPal statement. If you’re unsure about a charge, email us at support@poabeauty.com.
